It was transfer week and time to send missionaries home. So we were in Cape Coast
for dinner the night before going to Accra. As senior missionaries we do not eat as much
as the missionaries do.  We gave them the extra rice that we could not eat.

On our way back from Accra there is a town with lots of Bread head. Women
with bread on there head that is for sale.

In Cape Coast you never know what is around the corner until you get there. We had to wait for the bus to move.
The bus could not back up because of the cars behind it waiting and he could not move forward because of a
car that was broken down on the other side that we could not see. The driver of the bus was going from car to car getting
people but he would not ask us. We did not know what was happening. Then we finally saw that they were moving the
car over by lifting it.

This is a street in Cape Coast with the shops on the side and the cars and people in the street.

We are traveling on a street that is close to the beach and a castle.

This is the new market in Praso. This market is on Tuesday and Friday.
