Canopy Walk

This is Elder Mapfumo and Issac pounding FuFu.

Elder Sorensen on the side line with children from the neighborhood.
Last Wednesday we went to KaKum Park not far from Praso. We went with Elder and Sister Durrant
and Elder and Sister Clements. This is the path we hiked up to begin the canopy walk.

There were places to go and sit and rest.

This is Elder Sorensen

A long way down.

Beautiful view.

Out in the Park

We had a wonderful time and it was very interesting to be in the top of the trees. We did not
see any animals. Most of the animals are only out at night. Lots of bugs!

While Elder Sorensen was out with Elder Warner and Elder Adams, Mary Tetteh fix them some food in Kenkuase.

Elder Warner and Elder Adams ready to eat the food.

Elder Adams and Elder Warner getting ready for baptisms.

Friends that want there picture taken.

Evans Mensah, Doris Mensah, Bright Apagya, Getiude Gganwa and  the son of Francis Otoo
were being baptized by Francis Otoo

The baptism was attended by all the primary children and after the baptism they had
a primary activity with treats. There were about 30 children in attendance.

Please click on picture to make larger. There is a line of army ants going across the path.
Lots of them as you will see in the next pictures. They were moving very fast and lots of them.

they move so fast they are a blurr

This is Elder Sorensen's pick of the flower of the week. I told him that it is not a flower.
Maybe we should have a vote?
